Adjacent to the Gazebo is the Pizza Corner with its Stone Hearth Pizza Oven. The Charterhouse Causeway Bay Hotel Hong Kong's Pizzaiolo makes traditional Italian pizzas as well as our own International creations. If you want, you may also compose your very own pizza.
