Terms and Conditions

1.Only holders of Club Charterhouse (“ Cardholders”) issued by The Charterhouse Causeway Bay are eligible to participate in the Reward Program (“Program”) and enjoy the offers provided.
2.The rewards point will be valid until 31 Dec 2020.
3.The member discount is valid for maximum 12 persons booking.
4.All membership benefits including but limited to discounts, promotional offers, voucher usage and reward point earning etc…will only be honored upon presentation of a valid club Charterhouse card by the Members in person.
5.The Club Charterhouse card is a personal membership. Change of membership ownership would not be accepted.
6.Cardholders can earn one Reward Point for every HK$1 spent in restaurant outlets (exclude Le Petit Salon) and or hotel room rental in the Charterhouse Causeway Bay. Reward points will not be offered for any unposted or cancelled transaction or any transaction posted but subsequent reversed or refunded in whole or in part thereof. The hotel reserves the right to change the Reward points earning rate and its awards.
7.All membership benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers and complimentary valet parking in the same time.
8.If Club Charterhouse card is lost, stolen or damaged, an administration fee of HK$200 will be charged for replacement. If complimentary vouchers are lost, stolen or damaged, no replacement or refund will be granted.
9.Rewards points will only be given on spending at our restaurants except banqueting. All the points earned are based on net spending in dollar unit, excluding 10% service charge.
10.Members must present the Club Charterhouse Card before settling bills for earning reward points. Retro-claim of reward points will not be granted.
11.Reward points will be valid within the membership period that the points are earned. All unused points will be forfeited after the membership is expired
12.Redemption points accumulate under corporate account must be redeemed with company letter, with company chop and proper approval from the company.
13.Vouchers redeemed from the Program are not redeemable for cash and the use of vouchers will be bound by the terms and conditions of the respective restaurants and the hotel partners.
14.Members can only use one voucher of any kind per visit.
15.Once a redemption order (including redemption of gifts and vouchers) has been accepted by the Hotel, it cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded regardless of the redemption channel.
16.All membership benefits cannot be used on blackout dates which is subjected to change without prior notice. Please check with the hotel when making reservation.
17.Usage of Club Charterhouse card and membership vouchers are subjected to the terms and conditions.
18.The Charterhouse Causeway Bay reserves the right to change all terms and conditions which will be based on the English version. The Charterhouse Causeway Bay reserves the right to arbitrate the final decision.
19.The personal data supplied by Member is required for the operation of the program, delivery of associated benefits and marketing our services or products, program development and to communicate news and information to members for their benefits.
20.The Club Charterhouse collects information about our members (both offline and online) so as to provide an experienced that is tailored to their preferences. Since the privacy of Members is of paramount importance to the information necessary to operate this Program. The Charterhouse Causeway Bay is fully committed to providing information about the collection and use of personal information furnished by, or collected from, Members while using our websites, products and services. We offer members opt out choice to decline participation in certain series and promotional benefits provided by The Charterhouse Causeway Bay / or its carefully selected third parties.
21.Data held by The Charterhouse Causeway Bay Relating to you will be kept confidential but we may provide such data to our restaurants or hotel partners for the purposes set on in paragraph (19).
22.In accordance with the Privacy Ordinance, you have the right to check whether the company holds data about you to exercise a right of access to such data; to require the company to correct any data relating to you which is inaccurate; to ascertain the company’s policies and practices in relation to personal data held by the company and to request the Company to cease using your data for direct marketing purposes.
23.You may cancel your Membership at any time with written notification to the Hotel and by enclosing your Club Charterhouse card (if any) cut in half. Cancellation is immediately effective upon receipt of your cancellation request and all membership entitlements will be forgone upon such cancellation.
24.Should a dispute arise, Charterhouse Hotel Ltd reserves the right to arbitrate the final decision.
