Enjoy the delicate flavours of Steamed Hairy Crab with Perilla Leaves, the satisfying crunch of Golden Crispy Crab Claw, and the rich savouriness of Noodles with Crab Roe. Other highlights include Sweet and Sour Pork with Caramelised Pineapple and Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Black Garlic and Dried Scallops. Finish on a warming note with Glutinous Rice Dumplings in Ginger Tea.
