Discover the flavours of Sichuan at Basement 1 Restaurant. Our eight-course The Chuan Sichuan Whisky Pairing Feast brings together Sichuan specialities and The Chuan Malt Whisky for a dining experience rich in flavour and character.

Begin with refreshing Shredded Celtuce with Sesame Oil and Zhong’s Dumplings in Sichuan Chilli Oil, followed by comforting Sichuan-style Pork Trotter Soup. Highlights include Mapo Tofu with Pan-seared Foie Gras, Thick-cut Beef Tongue with Sichuan Dried Chillies, and Steamed Garoupa with Green Sichuan Peppercorns. Stir-fried Hok Tau with Yunnan Ham and Dan Dan Noodles complete the feast.

A Whisky Journey Across Three Continents

Crafted in Emei, Sichuan, The Chuan Malt Whisky brings together the influence of Changbai Mountain oak casks, American bourbon casks and European sherry casks.

Elegant floral aromas mingle with sandalwood notes and hints of citrus. A rich, full-bodied palate leads to a lingering finish of cinnamon and aromatic wood, offering a distinctive complement to the menu’s fresh, savoury and spicy flavours.

HK$438 per person, plus 10% service charge
